Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to take advantage of our unlimited revisions policy (as per your package). You can request revisions through your Account Area at no additional charge, provided the core design and concept remain unchanged. Revision turnaround time is 48 hours.
The Account Area is your primary communication channel with our team. It is your responsibility to regularly check and respond to queries, revision requests, or additional instructions. Failure to use the Account Area does not constitute valid grounds for a refund. If you need assistance using the Account Area, please contact our customer support team.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
